I saw this image on Elephant Journal. It’s an interesting graphic showing where we tend to hold onto emotions in our body. I wrote about this connection in an earlier post that you can find here. There are, as always, different opinions about what emotions are stored where; I tend to believe that we’re all individual and what happens to one doesn’t necessarily happen the same way in another. Getting in touch with your own body during different emotional states can help you to figure out how you process emotions.
